I do seem to be tripping over software issues with annoyingly persistent regularity. I can log in to skoda-connect.com in my browser on a desktop and see all the details of my car - charge status, windows closed etc. I then went to the Trip Planner tile to create a journey and send it to the car for use in a day or so.
