And even then the Skyscale still takes 5 days minimum because you have to go back each day and play with or feed your hatchling Skyscale. This is a time gated collection that requires you to feed your skyscale 12 pieces of food but only 4 per day. Therefore, it takes 3 days to finish.

There might be some exceptions but as far as im aware all 'daily' limits refresh at the daily reset not after actual 24 hrs. It's the cooldown between collections that became 2hours (next ingame day) The cooldown for skyscale feeding is one Tyrian day not an earth day. I think it's 2 hours.

Related to skyscale quest it's something new indeed I never ever found such a boring and annoying quest chain and I have played plenty of games. Only the middle part is lovely where you have to play with,wash and feed your skyscale,of course is time gated too but then you have to get back to the lovely Grind Wars.
